D-Mannose is a simple sugar structurally related to glucose, that is found in many fruits, including peaches, apples, oranges, cranberries, and blueberries. It is also found in corn and in trees like the birch tree. Especially cranberries are used as a juice of as supplement, because its effect is due to the amount of D-mannose, present in low concentrations. D-mannose as food supplement therefore is much stronger then the cranberry capsules. D-mannose is considered a safe and natural nutritional food supplement. Since it isn’t metabolized, it is being secreted via the bladder and urinary tract.

Composition per 1 gram: D-Mannose 1 g.
Usage: Unless otherwise directed by your therapist, 1 teaspoon dissolved in lukewarm water. Repeat 1 hour later. Continue this every 3 hours until the pain subsides. If no relief occurs within 24 hours, see your therapist. Preventive maintenance dosage is 1 teaspoon per day.
